any of you slobs play halo 2 on xbox? My gamer tag is Jonny Abs...
don't have live setup...if I can hack it, I'll set it up
great game, but wish it was longer. first one was awesome
I do, at least not recently since i'm playing ghost recon right now. Did they (halo) bring out a patch yet? Havn't been on halo for some months.

I do have Halo 2, don't play it much. Haven't been on Live for months, but look for Padrecito.
Just picked up Doom 3. Once I do the single player, I'll try it Live. Should be fun.

My nephew bought me a xbox for xmas with halo2. I have only been online a couple of time. I keep getting my a$$ kicked. I liked to play online with halo1 and a mouse on my PC, but I just can't get used to this xbox controller. My online name is fizzygoatman and my nephew is fizzygoatboy, he plays every day.

Practice Practice Practice. I was like you when i first started playing i couldnt hit anything if it was moving, hell if it was standing still i could barely hit it. Now i can kick just about anyones a$$ in Halo2.

I love Halo 2. I've got the Xbox Live setup for Xmas, I just haven't hooked it up...:(....damn I'm lazy!!! :gr_jest: :drink:

I have been playing Halo2 almost every night on live since it came out.......played forza most of all last weekend....I frickin love live and halo2.....
you could say I am addicted.

they updated everything, cut down on cheats, released new maps, etc... :bubbrub
sweet, maybe i'll hope on tonight. last time i remember is that everyone was cheating in halo2.

no its much better now.....the update was a week or so ago and I have play about 100 matches since then and have not come across any cheating.
Make sure you go and download the new maps, 2 are free, the other 2 are like $5.99 I think.....and then they are going to be releasing 6 more new maps before the end of summer.
oh I forgot to mention they reset all the stats so everyone started over at level 1.

They actually just put out a disk you can buy for 20 bucks that offers something like 12 multiplayer maps and different types of live games for halo 2. I'm not sure if any are the same as the ones you can purchase directly off of live. I'd have to say they ARE different.

no the 4 new ones out now will also be on the disk.....you will be able to download the other 5 (those will be totally new) also if you already got the 4, this way you could avoid buying the disk and paying double for a couple maps. 2 of the 4 just released were free.......
