DC set to get spanked again!

So Dick Heller (of DC v Heller fame) goes to try to register his gun with the district, and get this-- they denied him! Apparently his semi auto pistol which holds 7rds (probably a 1911 or similar) violates DC's asinine new laws which basically rule that everything not a revolver is a "machine gun"

This is great, because DC will get spanked in court AGAIN and establish MORE precedent against these asinine gun laws.

I live in the area and this is not what I heard.

I heard Heller went there yesterday w/o a weapon and DC turned him away and told him to come back with the weapon. He did that today and they accepted it and began the testing phase.

I hope your right Scurvy. I read something somewhere (Worldnetdaily I think) that said the powers to be in DC were still going to keep the semi auto's on the band wagon... Still, I hope your right and they are not just playing games with the guy.
