will they rub? i have the stock rims and have no rubbing right now. i already have the same tires on the rear (255/35/18 on stock rims) and they fit and hook great. these tires are highly recommended btw for the rear of the car.

They did not rub on my car on stock 18's with stock suspension on the original factory alignment. I have also seen several others run 245's on an 18" stocker on the front with no issues.

For street tires I have the KDW2 245/40R18 on stock wheels. I had a very slight rub of the tire edge against the front wheel well when turning. it was barely enough to rub off dust from the front of the well but raising my coilovers a little took care of that rub. I also had to get some 3mm spacers in order to keep the sidewalls from rubbing the coilovers.
With a 35 series tire, I don't think you would have much problem with rubbing on the stock struts.

I'm running 245/40/18 kdw2's on the front as well with no problem. I had to do some slight rolling for the rear and the 275's. I know that's not your questions but 245's all the way around shouldn't be a problem

Isn't 255/35 too much difference from 235/40? 1010tires says it'll be ~6.5% difference, causing speedometer problems and maybe others.....255/40 looks like a better combo if you can get them to fit on all 4 corners.
