Has anyone narrowed a pair of stock 17's to run skinnies in the front? I don't even know if it is possible to narrow these wheel that much. Maybe weldcraft could get a stocker down to 4 inchs or so. I could use the spares as a skinny setup but I would like to have a matching wheel to go with my stock 17's with DR's on the rear for a stealth looking drag setup.
So if anyone has done a setup like I have discribed I would appriciate any input on cost, look and fuctionality most of all.
Did a search but couldn't find anything.

It would probably cost the same to shrink them as it does to widen them ($125 a wheel I believe). You could take a couple inches off the inside without hurting anything.

I have already talked to James at weldcraft,6 1/2 inches is as narrow as you can go.

At that size im not sure it would be worth the time and money to only have a slightly smaller and lighter setup.

it doesnt look the greatest, but the spare wheel with an M&H 17" skinny works damn well:)
