question about g8 stockers

Will they work on the goat. I found a pair of 19's for cheap and I believe the offset is 48mm. I don't know anything about offset or anything so does anybody know if the stock 18's/19's will work on our cars.

IIRC, youd need to get the hub on the wheel milled bigger, but after that theyd bolt right on
