I have an 2004 GTO and want to but some 305 HRE Wheels in the rear, would the 305 fit in the back of my car? and i already shaved the fenders down.

No it won't fit unless you get your fenders flared or mini-tub it.

What's the size of the rim? 305 is a tire measurement. :rolleyes:
At any rate, I'm willing to bet you'll have to mini tub and pull the fenders.

mini tubs are expensive, well the tubs are cheap, but the labor and time to install are expensive, and envolve lots of cuting, relocaing and fab. work. I would'nt recomend it. just research for some wheel and tire sizes that will fit.

This is one of those times, where if "you have to ask, you can't afford it". Really !
OK, if you use the search button and read Wheel/Tire threads, you'll discover that with the right choice of wheels + light bodywork, you can squeeze on a trouble free 285 full section tire.
Which wheels ? Which tires ? To make an educated choice, you have to read the pros and cons of all the approaches. And sadly, that means READING.
