CNN's ass got owned! just for the record "full auto" have been illegal since about 1985, unless you registered yours when they where banned. the ones that most people own, are registered. you have to pay a tax/transfer stamp ever time one is bought/sold. this also goes for destructive devices (class III weapons) ie street sweeper, and silencers.
