Thoughts on this wheel and tire combo

I'm thinking about purchasing a set of four 18x8 TSW Montage (Black Gloss) and a set of four Nitto NeoGen 245/40/18. Will these bolt right up with little or no modification?

I've had nothing but trouble finding a set of wheels I like that will fit. There are plenty I like but none will fit. I'll just keep looking and one day I guess I will find something. I keep looking at pics on this site so I am sure I will eventually find something.
