I posted this a while ago and need the information again, I got the stock 18's with the bridgestone potenzas. I got an email from them claiming the tire pressure is 35 front and back, but I know the door panel card says different. Someone please provide this info, I bought my goat with 17's and they swapped them for the 18's off another goat at the dealership so my card only has info on the 17's

Per the owners manual,33 front/33 rear if you have a light load, and 33 front/39 rear if you have a heavy load. I just put 18's on mine also, and was curious.

Is everyone running 33 and getting proper wear.....?

How would you really have a "heavy load" in the GTO...lol

I've run 35 front and 39 rear with good results (245/40/18) no roll in corners, good traction and wear.

im running 45 lbs, the tire says may 51 lbs, will there be a problem running my tires that high of pressure. On my previous vehicle i ran my tires at 45lbs an never had any probles but then again the were 20inch rims and high performance tires. Let me know what u guys think bc this is my first set of bridgestone tires

45psi is balls high, why do you run them so hard??

i dont experience any tire roll and i just figured 45 was a good number. not quite 51lbs which is the max . will this affect tire wear.

Yes. The center of the tire will wear before the edges.

would forty still be too high? 35 just seems too low if the max pressure is 51lbs

Take a picture of your tires after you wear them down with 51 psi. Our guess is the center tread will be worn significantly more than the outside.

probabally not, just keep in mind that just because the tire is rated at a certain pressure doesn't mean it needs to run upwards of that pressure. There are other variables in the mixture... weight of the car, type of driving, etc.

i drive aggressively and just figure 45lbs would be a good pressure. thanks guys imma let out some air this evening when i get off. has anyone experienced any probles at 35lbs, like bending side wall during hard cornering

Mine are at 35 all the way around and I don't have any problems. They were shipped with 42 and the ride was way too stiff. I let some out and it is a little better now.
