needed new tires for the rear. so today i bought the nitto 555r extreme. these things are good. 2 @ 385.00 installed. i coulda saved 30 dollars and mounted them myself but my shop was too busy. i know that most people say to set the pressure at 28 for the street and 18 for the strip, but i'll ask again..... what is the best tire pressure for each?

I ran 34 street and 18 track. I had the 275/40-17s.

I am currently at 35psi, but i may lower to 33 or 34 in the next few days. we will see how things go. I need these things to last me about 8k miles
