Do they fit?

looking to buy some tires. I want mickey thompson et street radials and I can't seem to find a clear answer on if the P275/50R15 will fit without any modification and if they won't does anybody run
P235/60R15 and how are they hooking for you?

Highly doubtful anything 265 or more will fit without rubbing...

Ive heard yes and no on 275's. 275/50's id lean towards yes.

Yes they will fit. You need the right offset and trim the fender lip. Actually I run
275/60r15s They are 28inch tall. With the 28's you need to notch the control arm and trim the dust shield on the shock.

05NJGTOKID What rims are you running the 275/60r15s on? Please tell me it's some kind of weld :). That would really make my day. I want to either put drags or prostars on mine and I'm trying to find the biggest tire I can get on them.

05NJGTOKID when you say trim the fender lip how much are you talking about? Picture? And what would the right offset be?

The wheels are 15inch holeshots. I got them from Rocksand Racing. Frank knows the offset and spacer size needed. To run the 275/60r15 we had to cut about a 1/4 inch off the fender lip and notch the rear control arm about 3/8 of and inch. You also need to cut the dust shield off the shock.
