Your dad will love the TSW's since he already has them. However, your mom will like the 505a's better.

Look forward to seeing pictures on the car. Just seeing them I'd think they'd look very good on a GTO.

I bought the same set from VQMotoring. Front offset at 35mm no shaved rears 45 shaved to 48. Have yet to get rubber on them. Oh yeah, 8" front and 9.5" rear. Plan on 245/40 front and 265/35 rear.

245/40/18 (some cheap rubber to burn off every 10K miles)
TSW Croft 18X8 5-120 35mm offset
With the TSW Catalunya w/ a 40mm offset the fender on his car did not need to be trimmed. With the change of rims to the TSW Croft w/ a 35mm offset a rub was evident and had to be fixed. Both sides were trimmed by a dude with too big a smile and a very powerful pneumatic reciprocating saw.

Any reason for not going staggered?
How is the front? Any strut rub or stuff like that?
Looks good by the way.

front not rubbing at all, back rubbed cuz of stereo system, and all the dynamat pressing on the trunk added a lot of weight to it.
