The company that built that car, Wheel To Wheel, does R&D for GM and other manufacturers. They do top notch work. Prototyping is their specialty. They will probable off those flares for sale and expect them to be very expensive.

If someone could seriously make a rear fender flare for these cars I would buy it now. That's the one thing about these cars I don't care for (besides the 04 rear and wheels). If it were priced around a $1000 for a quality product, I am sure many besides myself would buy.
