This is my ride with 17" MB Moroting Rev's I got from Discount Tire. I think they look pretty good for an inexpensive wheel. They are not much lighter then stock, 4 lbs less, but I just wanted to get some inexpensive nice looking wheels they weighed as much as stock or less, and I like this style, so this worked out for me.

They don't look bad at all.
Are they clearcoated so you won't ahve to polish them?
Wonder what a 18" size would look like.

If you mean 4lbs lighter per wheel, then I think that is pretty significant. I don't remember what the rule of thumb was in terms of ETs or mph in the 1/4mile as far as wheel weight goes.

Always thought that machined polished look was nicer than chrome.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that stock wheels weigh about 26lbs each. Discount Tire told me the Rev's weigh 22lbs.

I've read that some people have gotten the real nice (real expensive in comparsion to the Rev's) three piece forged rims that weigh around 17-15lbs!

I like both Chrome and Machined Polished, but in my opinion it is easy to maintain the Machined Polished. I had Chrome rims on my Z28, and they looked awesome, but if they got nicked hard enough the Chrome coating would chip off.
