Welcome to the First Annual RTTFW[ls1gto] Competition.

WTF are you on about?

Road to the Final Whore is a tradition that was started on a once-epic automotive enthusiast forum. Modeled after the NCAA playoffs, it pits postwhore against postwhore for the title of Final Whore for the year. From 64 wannabes down to one ultimate, get-a-life-you-fool winner. :woot:

Sweeeet. How's it work?

Each year, four regions will be filled with the most recognized members around the site. Regions will change from year to year. In the first week of the competition, 16 24-hour Polls will be started. 32 members will be unleashed to campaign for votes in the first week, with those receiving the most votes proceeding on to the next round. In the second week, Round One will finish. So on and so on until we find our Final Whore.

OMG. What can I do to campaign?

Things that are permissible: Posting "Vote for Me!" threads Popping a nun in the face. Offering bribes for votes. Grease paint. Lots of it. In your favorite colors. $500 to your favorite Administrator (*cough*).What's not allowed? Anything that violates the Site Rules or any commonly-known laws in your favorite jurisdiction. If you willfully violate one of the Site Rules or employ the use of a bot, your opponent will be given the win for that round and we'll all point and laugh at you mercilessly.

What do I win?

So let's get this started. Each Monday morning, I will post the Polls for the warring whores that will be competing that day. Shortly after each Poll closes, I will record the winner and the score and the threads will be locked. RTTFW[ls1gto] Polls will be preceded by RTTFW[ls1gto] in the subject heading, so keep a sharp eye out and vote as soon as you see one. Vote however you want. Maybe you like one of the competitors, so you vote for him. Maybe you hate one of the competitors, so you vote for the opponent. Maybe one of the competitors has offered you a date with his little sister - we won't judge. Vote however you like.

I will not be voting. In the event of a tie, however, I will vote, breaking the tie. My reasons will be random, confusing, and - probably contrary to popular consensus. :gr_jest:
