As long as the 19's have the correct sized tires the overall diameter would still be the same so the front should be ok. This is assuming the offsets are correct. What are they?

I don't know the offset, but the wheels should fit with with a 5x120 bolt pattern. My guess is I'm going to have to raise it a little in the front.
