235 summer tires

getting sumitomo htr iii, minds pretty much set on that after much research. question is:

i can get the 235's $70 cheaper than the 245's.. will it realistically be noticable, in terms of dry traction?

*ps - with the money saved from the 235's i will put on drag bags

Well, the OEM 18" tires are 235

You will be fine traction wise. If you a larger tire on the rear (like me) you will have a nice "rake" look to the car.

i have aftermarket driv vixen's.. its weird i have a 2005 yet have 235/40/18 listen on my driver side information sticker, according to some websites that was only offered in 2006?
