No, they won't fit.
A 6" - offset, they'll stick out WAY past your fenders.
A 6" + offset, you won't even be able to get the rim anywhere close to the lug nuts because the inside of the tire will be hitting the inner fender wells.

you are thinking all wrong backspacing in inches is all done from the back by the flange of the rim and is all positive number. anyways for a -6 and +6 number you would need atleast a 12" wide wheel. you are thinking of an offset in mm were you go from the center of the rim width offset and backspaceing are different

I stand corrected then. I thought the backspacing was the offset.
