Haven't seen them on the car but they are my #1 pick for wheels to purchase this spring. 235/40-18 on the 7.5" front and 265/35-18 on the 8.5" rear is my plan. I guess they use standard hub rings (as in not TSW style) Offsets and weights are fine. I'm surprised you don't hear about this wheel more for the GTO. Maybe it's the price at $300+ per wheel or that both front and back widths are about 1/2" smaller than we'd like?

Here's a pic I made by using tirerack's pic of a GTO and wheels that were diplayed on a 135i and sorta putting em together. It's supposed to be a torrid red but I think it's more like pulse red. Anyway... Top one the silver GTS-R and the bottom one is the grey with red stripe GTS-R:

I am still thinking about pulling the trigger on that setup, the grey or black with the red rings looks very wicked and would do nicely on my two tone. The only problem i can see is how much of a decrease in turning performance would a 18x7.5 would bring? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller ?

Like I've been saying in other threads I don't think there would be anything significant between a 235 and 245 tire on the same car. Got the same weight on it other than the wheels would be vastly lighter. Might even improve due to the light weight of the wheels? If you mean turning performance as in how it feels, a slightly skinnier tire will feel slightly less sloppy actually.
