Hey guys i've been searching everywhere but can't find the info i need. I found a set of 17 inch 5 spokes from a newer 5 series 2004 and up will these cars fit on my 2006 gto. I can't find the backspacing but im pretty sure the bolt holes are 5x120mm which I think are the same as the gto. Any help would be appreciated thanks

it should fit
same lug pattern
but if the offset is not rite
just go online and buy some spacers, or adapter plates
should work if you really want those rims

Not if the offset is too low. Spacers can't fix that. ;)

They should fit. I just bought a set of Breytons from a guy that had them on his 2004 5 series. They fit my 04 gto just fine.

The offset is what i'm worried about. I have 18s on my car now so I was just looking at these for snow tires or whatever else i could use them for thanks for the info so far.

5 & 7 series BMW wheels do not have a deep enough offset for the GTO. 3 series wheels do work though except M3 wheels. I usually go to Tire Rack and check the BMW wheels.

Thinking about grabbing some BMW wheels out of the junkyard to burn off, maybe stud the tires or something. I find them everywhere

The bolt pattern is the same but that is where the similarities end. The 5 Series wheels will riub horribly because the offsets are completely different. Also, the center bore is not the same, so the car will vibrate. 3 Series wheels are closer but still not ideal for the GTO.
