Or do I need some ev1-ev6 adapter?

No problem. The Ford SVO 42# Green Tops are an EV1 (LS1) connection.

while you guys are talking about that will a set of stock ls7 injectors work with a stock fuel rail on a ls2? I am building a 402 stroker with a ported fast intake, stock fuel rail, throttle body and mass air. kooks long tubes, magna flow cat back, 240/244 duration 600 lift with a 112 lsa. I am having conflicting answers about it, just seeing if I will need some spacers.
