View Full Version : •• All Injectors on sale! (FAST, Siemens, SVO) ••

All of our Fuel Injectors are on sale!

Most injectors will max out at 80% duty cycle and this is the accepted industry standard. After you install heads, cam, intake, your sucking in alot more air and your motor needs more fuel! Your injectors will be unpredictable when maxed out and you do not want to be running out of fuel at 6000+ rpm.

High Impedance

I'll be very interested in real world results with the new 83's and see what does and does not change from the 60's (other than raw IFR's) If these suckers will idle with a stock LS1, we have a winner, and I could knock my fuel pressure waaayyy down.

Steel Chicken
04-08-2009, 01:33 PM
yeah im at 90% on my 60's, time for an upgrade, but I can't find any info anywhere on peoples results, tuning specs, etc. IFR can be calculated, but all the fun stuff like minimum pulse width etc...not so much

They are high-z, so they should work just fine.

Id like to get some, just to see how well they idle and work.

Yes, they will. Although that's a little large for your NA motor. Some 36 or 42's would work great for you.

Yes, they use the SVO 42's. I would keep the LS1 style injector on there and just use the Injector Harness Adapters. If you need more fuel, I would recommend the 60's.

Do you(HSC) have any the data on the FAST injectors....I.E... voltage offset table, minimum pulse width, and pulse width adder table.

Reason I asked is I have set of FAST 57's, and having trouble finding "that" other data to input into my ECM(via hptuners). Been reading on various tuning forums that you really have to scew the IFR table just to get the FAST injector running.

If not, I guess I'll spend $280 to get these dymanic flowed then.

I've never heard of anything larger than the Siemens 83# in a high impedance injector. The Siemens 83's are 95.84# @ 58 psi.

I am doing a L92 head swap w/LS3 intake next week. I was told that the LS2 fuel rail & injector's will work, is this correct? I am also interested in either 39 or 42# injectors, what do you recommend?

The GM LS2 & LS3 Fuel Rails are the same. The LS2 Injectors are taller than the LS3 Injectors. If you wanted to make the LS2 Injectors work, you could space up your Fuel Rails for the height difference. For a direct bolt-in solution, I would recommend the 39's or 50's depending on your current or future power goals.

what size is the stock LS2 injectors? I'm looking for 450rwhp range on motor. I have a nitrous outlet wet plate & port to port wet fogger system with a stand alone fuel system. I was thinking the 39lb injectors would work best? how much delivered to 29483?

The stock GM LS2 Injectors are 32 lbs. The FAST 39's will work great for you. The shipping will be around $10.

Thanks

FAST 102 LS3 Intake - Nasty Performace LS3 Fuel Rails

The LS3 has the new "stubby" style injector.

I have LS9 injectors in it now, are those the short LS3 style?

Yes it is. The Siemens 83's are an LS1 length injector and are available with both EV1 (LS1) or EV6 (LS2) connections. LS3/LS7/LS9 injectors are the short style. The largest short style injector we carry are the FAST 65's. FYI, LS9 injectors are 48 lbs.

FAST 36's or SVO 42's will work great for you. Both will allow plenty of room for future growth. Your fuel pump is fine.

Which injectors to you recommend for an LS2 with ported LXR 245 heads, ported FAST 92, fairly aggressive cam and all the bolt on's? By reading prior posts, looks like FAST 46#? Do I need anything else to make the injectors fit? Thanks..

Interested in this too, I'm doing a similar slightly less agressive setup. Are the FAST 46's a direct swap to an LS2 intake and fuel rail with no spacers/adapters and no connector adapter required? Also, are the FAST 46's black and similar in appearance to the stock LS2 injectors? I'd like to keep a somewhat stealthy look under the hood without some purple injectors giving me away haha

Do they come with new o-rings?

The FAST 46's will work great for all of you. They're a direct swap for the LS2 setup. The injectors are black and they come with o-rings.
