im curently in the process of upgrading to a forged block, cam, heads, with a d1sc procharger, probly will run 12-14 psi.so ill be needing a new fuel setup.i figure to have around 700 rwhp so what all do you folks recomend.i like the lonnies double walboro pump kit, some others here seem to have had sucess with it as well.i like the idea of not having to weld on the stock tank or replace it with an aftermarket one.im also going to be spraying a lil bit of meth to cool it down somewhat.i currently have the 60lb injectors that came with my d1sc procharger kit, will those be good enuff or will i need to upgrade those aswell? thanks

I have the lonnie's system ready to be installed. He is a good guy to deal with and very knowledgeable. Question for you guys that have been running his fuel system: did you use the braided fuel lines that he supplied and do you have any issues with fuel odors permeating thru the lines? I'm debating whether to use the supplied lines or go get some better ones now before I install everything.

That's awesome, congrats! I've said it before and I'll say it again - I hate prochargers LOL.
Bobby, I talked to Lonnie about this and he said most people don't have a problem. But he is also working on some new teflon lines as an option for people. I'll just use the lines and see how it goes :).

So how hard is the install on this kit? And any downsides?
Thanks

Install is pretty straight forward. You do have to remove the tank and send out your sending unit to have it modified. If you have some mechanical knowledge its not bad. The kit doesn't come with detailed instructions because it made to be flexible to your needs/wants. Lonnie has very good support and his hours meet the needs for most people (evening and weekend hours). I was able to install it in a couple hours once i got everything.

I thought you only needed the upper portion for Lonnie's kit.

i got one from ebay for 57 shiped.lonnies says he dont like to start with a already modified bucket,he does not drill out the bottom,it helps to keep fuel in there so the pumps do not heat up

Heath are you reading from my sig??? You're gonna have my exact setup. You'll be good with the 60's man. Do you have an overdriven crank pulley to push that kind of boost? You're gonna need one to get more belt wrap and prevent slippage.

ill be trying out a 3.90 pulley on my d-1sc and see how much boost it puts down, probly enuff to put a smile on my face, lol.the engine i got is a forged 364 so it should be easier to boost up than a stroker, atleast thats what im thinking.what kind of spal fan setup are you running to fit the overdriven crank pulley?i dont have any room for a much bigger one
