Wide Rims and Tires all round

Currently I have 8.5 x 18 AZA with rolled rears and 275 Toyo's.

I hate the rims and tires suck, I want wider rims if possible and the widest front and back tires. Any recommendations with rolled rear? What are folks running in 18"?

My cobra has 315 on the rear and somehow I cannot see the GTO going this wide without serious mods?

Maybe 285's with the perfect offset. No way 315.

I think most of the members here run at most a 9.5" wheel (myself included, but in a 19") stick a 275 or possibly a 285 on that and I think thats about our limit without serious mods to the rear. Waiting til a few more chime in, GL with this man

How about the front wheels and tires?

Usually fronts are from what I've read no wider than 8.5 to 9 with a 235 or a 245 as we run into clearance issue's with the strut, I currently have 235 Nitto 555's on a 8.5 wheel and love it (again I'm on 19s). But then again I'm sure there are others out there possibly running wider wheels, like a 9.5 on the front.

Lower offsets, a little camber, and people have been fitting 9.5" wide wheels with 275's. Might need coilovers with offset strut mounts too though....

I have 9" wide w/245's on the front of mine. +45 offset w/3mm spacer...I think that gives me +48 offset.

im on a 9.5 inch rear rim with 275s and a +48 et and they easily fit. its all in the offset! i cut the fenders for piece of mind tho...cheap and effective and u dont hve to worry about paint cracking like with rolling

3mm spacer would make a +45mm wheel +42mm. Positive is in and negative is out.

People were running 18/19x9 Drift-R with a 265 up front a couple years ago
