Bosch 044 pump noise.

I have a Bosch 044 in a modified bucket. Do any of you guys run this set up and if so do you have noise issues. It's very wieird, the pump sounds normal most of the time, but sometimes it giet s very loud. I don't have any pressure drop, gas level dosen't seem to matter. I have taken it out twice and I can't find any thing obvious.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When its loud feel the rails, id say they will be burning hot. The 044's heat the fuel up and if your running a return system you need to add a fuel cooler to keep them quiet. I was running 2 pumps but have them switchable to at least 1/2 the noise.

I thought that may be it. I have noticed that it's much worse after driving for awhile. I have a stock system, no return line. Is there any thing I can do to cool the fuel with this setup?
