Where is everyone staying this year? Looking at making some reservations and times running out. Right now this is what I'm looking at.

Melissa, myself and Tomcat 1 rm twin beds
Joe (eviltwins) 1 rm twin beds
Bill Mackenn, Jeff (Pirate) 1 rm king bed
Thomas and Zach sitting in a tree. errr i mean 1 rm twin beds....

Adel might be coming up not sure, Our plan is to drive up thurday and leave Sunday. Post up if anyones got a good suggestion throw it out there. Looking for something decent thats not in the boonies.

I just called them. They have (20) 2 double beds rooms available for the 29-31. The guy said they do offer a discount for large bookings but I had to leave a message for the manager to call me back to find out how much of a discount. As soon as she calls me Ill post up prices. Im pretty sure this is where Rick, Bill and I stayed last year. Unfortunately there wasnt a great deal of parking at the hotel for trailers and stuff but things may have changed by now. I think they were building something next door

I just spoke with Super 8 which is 8 miles from the track. For 15+ rooms they will do $80+tax/night for 2 dbl bed rooms. As far as trailers go, he said there isnt much parking on the lot but plenty on the side of the road out front

dont forget that we can leave the trailers at the track as well. they lock the gates at night. i left my car there last year.

Just contacted the hotel. They quoted me 70 bucks a night with my military discount. when I asked about someone without the military discount they said they would work out the same deal. I did not make a block reservation since the gentelman I spoke to has some english issues and when I mentioned it he got really confused. I asked about the night of the 28, 29th and 30th. Give them a call, make your reservations and let me know so I can update our list.

I just spoke with Bill it's 80 bucks. Apparently its 70 for the dbl bed room. Nice hearing you both had language problems communicating with them I had to get off the friggen phone.

70 for a twin bed. 80 for a double. (i think) anyway, i reserved a room for 80 a night 2 double beds. i spoke with a women with very limited knowledge of the english langauge. come to think of it, i didn't get a confirmation number, hope that doesn't bite me in the arse. anyway hopefully rick and i have our rooms reserved.

My buddy (the guy I borrow the excursion from) and I are still trying to figure out how to pull my car up there and pull the camper up there as well. So I'm still up in the air as to what I'm going to do the whole weekend.

I'd like to stay at the hotel because it will be party central, or atleast somewhere near the hotel. But camping saves money.

He will not be able to make it up until Friday, so Thursday night I would definitely need a room. We're still kicking it around and will hopefully know something later on.
