I am very determined to have the V708 wheels http://www.modbargains.com/product.aspx?pf_id=V708 RS4StyleWheel
The offset for our bolt pattern is 5x120 38 offset for the rear which i know will not work. On the other hand the audi offset's will work Available Size: 19x8.5'' // 19x9.5"
Offset: ET-38,48 // ET-38,45
My questions is how, where, and how much would it be to transform the Audi bolt pattern to our bolt pattern. Any ideas ??

Why don't you just get the ones for the BMW? they use the same bolt pattern as a GTO...

You don't need to!!!
The link you gave has these wheels for either a Audi OR a BMW
IF YOU SELECT BMW AS THE APPLICATION you will save much hassle
and where are the 9.5s? i only see 18x8.5 and 19x8.5

It says only in 38ET for the BMW bolt pattern.

Those will not work. You need to buy wheels that are designed specific for the GTO.

That'll work.

You may want to call and ask what's the hub diameter on the V708. The GTO is 69.5mm. so anything larger than that will work fine with a 5x120 pattern. Don't screw around with 5x112.
Unfortunately, the 9.5" rim most likely will rub if you can only get a 45 offset in back. It's going to stick out almost an 1" more than stock.
The 8.5" rim with 48 offset on all 4 corners will work fine if you don't care about being staggered..

I think the problem is the Audi wheel offsets are what works, but the BMW wheel doesn't make a good offset for the GTO.
It's a lose, lose situation for running staggered. Been there, done that.

If the wheels' offset is 19mm or more too large (it isn't), use adapters.
Otherwise: redrill the hubs to 5x112 and install new studs.
