So I'm looking at getting new wheels, havent decided on whether to stay at 18's or go to 19's. But first, our stock 18's are 18x8 correct? Or are they 18x8.5? Second, i'm having trouble finding a good selection of wheels that sites claim will in fact fit my goat. Tirerack.com offers like 5 wheels, all of which are horrible in my opinion. Any tips on a good site to find new wheels? And im looking for a 8'' width correct? Thanks

check out vqmotoring sponser to the left...and yes factory wheels are 18x8 you can also get a staggered setup and run a wider wheel and tire combo in the rear

The factory wheel is an 18x8. You can run up to a 9.5 in the DR2with no thoughts. A 10 is also available as a Tuner fitment in the Drift-R.

Okay, thanks for the help. Also, it would be okay to run 8.5 width on front and back right? Is there anything special for installation on a width like that? I'm not a wheel expert so any advice would help. Thanks again.

Long as your offsets arent too wacky, you should be fine. Under +42 and over +55 is a rough fit

What do you mean by offsets? Like i said, im not much of a wheel expert. Other than matching bolt numbers and rim sizes, im pretty lost beyond that.

Offset also known as Backspace, https://www.rsracing.com/tech-wheel.html

I have 8.5" in the front and have no issues.

+1.... Go to vqmotoring.com.. Put in your year GTO.. Pick what size you want (18, 19, 18 staggered, 19 staggered).. They have a pretty nice selection of wheels to choose from..
