Unless you are a class III dealer or manufacturer, there is no such thing. Each individual purchase requires a separate tax stamp (yes, I know it is really an underhanded licensing scheme).

Interesting my range offers so called full auto certification. I was just wondering how much it cost to complete. Now I am wondering what it they mean aftert your post. I guess I need to ask them more questions not that I need a full auto certification.

You have to fillout paper work for each individual class III weapon you want. The background check for it is just about like getting a security clearance. Class III firearms aren't cheap either usually the cheapest ones run in the thousands of dollars.

That to me just sounds like some kind of little class or course they run, calling it a "certification" course, and probably charge a large amount of money for it.
