Hi just joined and thought i would say gday .. Although i dont own a monaro/gto .. I own a HSV Clubsport , it is a series 1 VT these came with 304cui engine .. Mine has had some improvements in the engine department , it has been stroked up to 370cui , solid roller cam , scat h-beam rods , srp pistons , alloy heads that have been ported and bigger valves fitted these are 2.08 inlet and 1.7 exh , the manifold is from a VN grpa it uses twin throttle bodies the primary being 65mm and the secondary being 95mm , it has 3.9 gears in the diff ..

G'day 372, and welcome to the board. And yeah, I already know its the least popular beer in your neck of the woods. ( Although I've been told what we get is actually Crown Lager. )

That a sweet clubby mark, i've always been a big fan of Holden V8s, my dads VT SS 195i was tourquier then the GEN III VT2 calais he traded for. Theirs a reason the 304 was banned from touring car racing, LP beat up on everyone with it at bathurst in 93:)

As for fosters; definatly not the most popular beer in australia by far, australians just don't like lager beers, American Fosters is made in Canada; thats why its sold in the imported beer section next to molson;) I do like Fosters special bitter, far more australian tasing, i've purchased coopers in america at a few places thats a REAL australian beer.
