ebay they are stripes for motorcycle rims/ just make sure they are the 18" ones

You can buy pinstriping at your local auto parts store for about $3.99.

Look at Poke_GTO and bear's posts. Both of them have their stock wheels painted and striped.

You don't have to go buy the $30+ time attack rings, just go buy a package of pinstriping, take the wheel off your car and get busy. It's really pretty damned easy...
