Evo wheel stud or ?

So I broke a front wheel stud today putting my rims back on the car and I searched the forums and found that you can use an evo ARP 100-7717 stub on the front our car (2004 GTO). The problem is those studs as people have reported are very long and also $35 for a set of 5 from Summit. Are there any others that are stronger than stock and maybe a little bit longer, but not as long as the ARPs?

I also got confused about some people apparently buying stock evo studs at like $3 a piece. Are those just as good as the ARP's?

stock studs arent as good as ARP. the evo stud may be slightly longer,or it was just easier to get a stock evo stud compared to a stock GTO stud.
