Here is the deal. I have BFG g-force KDW tires 245/40ZR18. Somehow I have worn out the rear tires after 15,000 miles. Actually that's pretty good for me! Sadly the front tires look very good and have well over 50% left on them. I wanted to just buy another pair of KDW's but they are out of stock/production.

So the question...How does everyone feel about mixing tread patterns (ie different tread BFG's) I would move the old fronts to the back and put 2 new BFG G-Force Sports on the front. The tread patterns are similar but not identical. I think it's a sketchy idea, but that's why I am looking for Opinions!

Or I can just buy a whole set of Dunlap SP Sport Maxx for cheap (very good reviews on this tire)

KDW's are out of production? I'd order them from someone local I dont think they're out of production. Myself personally....I want matching tread patterns.

KDW "old style" tread pattern is done. the KDW2 "tribal flame, mud grip" is still in production.

Oh okay. Didn't even know that but the KDW2 NT are great tires anyways.
