Please be advised that all rates quoted are per room, per night, single or double occupancy. There is a $15.00 charge required per room for triple occupancy and $30.00 per room for quad occupancy.

A $4.95 Hotel Service's Fee will added per room, per night.

The Hotel Service Fee will include the following:
• High Speed Internet access in all guestrooms
• Scheduled Airport Shuttle Service
• Scheduled Shuttle Service to and from the Las Vegas Strip
• Unlimited use of the Fitness Facility
• Line Pass to all Restaurants
• Incoming Faxes

This is so that Us Goat Runners can all stick together, get to know each other and have a good time together. Not only that but it makes it easier for everyone since it will more then likely be our meeting spot for some if not all of the events. Of course this doesn't mean you have to stay there or with us but a lot of hard work and thought goes into getting all this put together for such a big group of people theres no need to come in here b*tch about prices or location just because YOU get a better deal for YOURSELF elsewhere or don't like the location. YOU ARE NOT OBLIGATED to stay there!

Indeed. We wanted to be closer to the strip this time around and we there are shuttles at the hotel which will take us to the strip so we can all drink and not worry about driving.

And for all those who have, will, or are doubting the hotel we chose, take into consideration that the hotel will be accommodating to all of our cars including security for them (as those who went last year know), it's MUCH easier to come and go in a caravan off the strip vs. on the strip as well as the fact that this place is very reasonably priced. We can't please everyone, so if you don't want to stay at the hotel with us, don't! But don't come in here bitching about the place we chose either.

The Goat Run was extended 1 more day so we arent running around like mad men like we did last year and so we have enough time between our events to get things situated. Yes all our cars will have a spot to park like we did last year with security. Rally #'s, T-Shirts & decals will be sorted out in a new thread keep an eye out for it. More info to come guys !

Enthusiastically, I called to book my reservations today and they do not have our discount loaded into their computer yet. No worries, though, I spoke to the Manager available and he assures me they will have it loaded in the system by tomorrow, 7/16/09. (Mentioned he will send an email to his contact apologizing for the delay.)

So I'll wait until tomorrow or this weekend to book the fun.:turbonaug

Finally, I have a WHOLE block open for parking that I wasn't being sarcastic in offering, but only have a few rooms open. We are literally the only house on the street. The catch? I'm 50 miles out of vegas...

Just read through a ton of reviews. Can't see bringing the wife here some day, but me, it looks perfectly fine. There are "Courtyard" rooms at 30.00 per day that are highly recommended to avoid and then there are the "Tower" rooms where we are and these appear to be just fine. Mixed reviews on the restaurants within and swimming in the pools may be a little "edgy." Frankly, I don't plan on doing anything but sleeping there, so hopefully, clean sheets come with the gig. Keep the cars safe at night and then it's all about Goat Run Activities and the strip....

I have stayed there before. The non smoking rooms dont smell like smoke. But then again it was about a year since i have been there.

I like the location of the hotel... The fact that its only 20 mins. away from the Las Vegas Speedway.

Caleb trust me i'd love to get out to vegas but no way Im driving all the way. Just dont have the time. For a quick weekend trip I would fly out. If I didnt have to rent a car and not right before the shootout I would be down. I get great deals at Ceasers and a few other big ones there and I have free plane tickets just cant afford it after doing my drivetrain mods.

Just spoke with Palace Station and we filled up the allotted rooms for Sunday night. I have a call in with the appropriate authoritative figure so this should be taken care of by Monday evening.

In the meantime, please continue to book your rooms at the regular rate and once we're situated with additional reserved rooms, you'll get our group rate when you check in. They don't charge your card anything to reserve your room (unless you don't show up and don't cancel the room), so just reserve it and just mention the group rate at check in and you'll be taken care of.

Ugh, I'm starting to think I may not be able to make it this year and I'm very dissapointed. Last year was so memorable. $ is a problem and putting another 5k miles on my car is not a good thought. I have quite a bit of work I'm doing to my car which has drowned the wallet. Ugh, I'm going to try and conjure up a miracle and make it happen. I haven't taken a day off work since last year's run and I already took off the time for this event so we'll see. If I don't make it, drink a beer for me guys :(

They said that for friday it was a higher rate and there wasnt a room rate. I said F it booked it and as the lady was finalizing the rates and reservation she was like OH they gave you the lower room rate. So just go through with it and you'll be ok.

You guys WILL get the room rates as noted on the first post. Just book your rooms and if there's any problems you'll get taken care of. I've already contacted the manager and she will likely be at the hotel to welcome us upon arrival. If you already reserved your room or even tried to and didn't get the advertised rate, just mention it upon check in.

For those of you who did not get the advertised rate, please post up or PM me your full name and I'll have it adjusted immediately.

However, she did mention that when each reservation is made they only charge for the first night stay.

Also I personally will be there at the check-in desk for any questions you might have and until EVERYBODY IS CHECKED IN.
