Looking to replace my tires and was wondering about the following tires:
Nitto NT NeoGen ZR
Falken Ziex ZE-912
Currently running 235/40-18, but would like to move up to 245/40-18 on all four corners on the stockers. Any feedback about rubbing, handling, etc. is appreciated. When I replace my current tires I will be getting a roadforce balance and 4 wheel alignment. Thanks in advance and have a great one, Brian

Id go with the Falken tire, has a better treadwear rating and I know from experience that our customers love them.
we offer that tire at 113.00 each, the Falken

Stick with the stock size. There is very little room with your stock wheels to go any wider without test fitting. Even the stock tires rub on most GTO's. Some may tell you to run a spacer but with the amount of power your GTO pushes, we don't recommend it. Your studs take enough stress, no need to add to it.
As for the tires you are looking at. The Neo Gen is probably one of the stickiest All seasons on the market right now. I honestly can't think of another All season with a 280 tread ware. I have run this tire on a past vehicle and I was very pleased with the results. They won't last as long as the 912 but they'd whoop them through the mountains. The 912 is nothing to shake a stick at though. These are a great all season that balances, life, performance, comfort and low price all in one. Both tires are great for what they are aimed to do. Let us know if we can help you with either one.
