get new wheels that are not ET 30. i doubt you can put bigger tires on them.

you need about 48-50. I run 275/30's in the back, more sidewall. better ride and more traction...not great traction but i imagine 225/30's is pretty dumb.

Are we talking about front wheels or rear wheels here?
I assume rear since it is a 9.5" wide, but w/ an offset of +30, you are going to rub the outter fenders pretty bad unless you do raise springs and drag bags. You can run a 255/40/19 and It will ride a little smoother but your offset is killing you. You'll more than likely rub the outter fenders.

How the hell did you get a 225 to fit a 9.5 rim? That poor tire is way over stretched. Out back I'm running a 265/30 on a 9.5 with a 43 offset. For the brand of tire I'm running, I'm pretty much maxed out. I could probably fit a 275 of another brand though.

your wheels stick out 18mm more then mine, thats about 3/4" MORE. I can just barely fit 275's on mine with rolled fenders, hoping for 285's with a very aggressive roll.

If my tires are 20mm wider, they stick out only 10mm more on each side. Id say 245's would be pushing it unless you had a pretty good roll on the rear fenders.

Pedders springs would help out with that allot as well, at least it made a difference in mine !

Hate to say it, but I just don't see how you can do much with a 9.5" 30 ET other than try to sell em and get something more realistic. Even a 255 is gonna turn your fender into a bump stop.
