Will a set of Z06 tires and rims fit on an 06 GTO? I bolted on the rear wheels but ran into a clearance issue with the front. I was told there was a spacer that could be purchased. Has anyone tried a Z06 to GTO swap and/or purchased the required spacers. I wasn't able to fins a thread that was specific on this issue. Thanks in advance for any help..

This might be a dumb question. Which car? C5 or C6 Z06 wheels? Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I think 245's are the widest the fronts can handle due to the strut rub issue.

The strut rub issue is what i am trying to overcome. I have been doing a web search for a spacer kit to solve the rub issue. I am hoping someone on this thread has tried the spacer fix and if it has worked. The Vette that the rims and tires are coming off of is a C6. Thanks ....

Both C5 and C6 Z06 wheels will work, with work...not bolt on. Need spacers up front and can't use the 10.5" wide wheels, only 9.5".
