Found German GTO #7 this weekend.

So far here's the lineup:

#1 ME! :angel:
#2 04 Blue / Blue K-Town (Second Owner...saw him also this weekend)
#3 FastGTO (04 Blue / Blue)
#4 Disturbed (04 Red / Red - Bamberg?)
#5 ShakzGTO (05 Black / Black - Sembach?)
#6 Male, Hanau, His GF drives the car daily though in Mannheim (05 Black / Black)
#7 Navy Blue 05 - Left a phone number and he called. He has this site addy

Of course there are others. The Monaro given to the retired Holden CEO. The silver GTO that was spotted in Zurich and I've seen at least 2 GTO's supposedly for sale here in Germany for Germans at outraegous prices (Check out uk.mobile.de)

My company wanted me back home, so currently I'm in UK.
I didn't bring it home with me because the car's steering wheel is on the
left side, and so it's difficult driving it around the UK.
The vehicle is in good condition, has no technical damage at all, no
scratches or dents, no hidden defects, no smoking, remaining warranty
available.
It's fun and robust to drive. Technical inspection and emissions testing is
passed and stamped as well.
It has title of ownership, cleared of any obligations or fees and comes with
all the documents you need to register it.
The car is now located at the Mobile.de warehouse in Kleinmachnow and they
will act as a 3rd party for our transaction.
It will be shipped to your location and insured by Mobile.de. You will not
have to pay additional taxes for this (VAT reclaimable).
To be able to receive or pick up the car you'll have to make a refundable
bank deposit.
After you inspect the car if anything seems wrong you'll be able to receive
a
refund from Mobile.de.

I did but he was scheduled to be in the field. Was at bitburg yesterday...zero runs on the dragstrip. Was having too much fun on the autocross. Took out shakz in my car and instantly converted him. Unless you have mods from previously or are sure that there is more in your car...dragstip is very boring.

Sorry... I haven't updated my profile in awhile. I'm at Ft. Hood, TX now. I was in Hanau, though. Alas, no more doin 160 on the autobahn =(. Now I have to settle for doing 120 on I35, he he he. On top of that, I deploy to Iraq (AGAIN!!!) around the end of summer. CAN YOU SAY at least $15,000 worth of mods when I come back????:fawkdance

Well, lets figure this out today. I did a mapquest and Frankfurt is central to all of us, keeps the trip to around 1 hour for everyone.

I am not too familiar with what we could do in Frankfurt, but I would be willing to make the trip this Sunday. Only other problem being that nothing is really open on Sunday.

Yup, didn't have to pay a deductible either.

All of us are meeting at exit #8 in Gernsheim (Naz and a few others). Time to follow sometime tomorrow.

Shakz is already planning on going, he is more of a Mustang fan anyways.

Yeah, they don't realize how quick the 05's are. I actually beat shakz twice at Bitburg, but I am probably 10rwhp off of your stock numbers.

No, they only have the strip there, but some Bosch Auto shops have dyno facilities.

Shakz best 1/4th at Bitburg is a 13.7 so far, but he isn't the best of drivers.

If I were you I would get some M/T Drag Radials and think about putting in a cam. The 05's are seeing some really good numbers cam only.
