So I got tired of waiting for the Thruxtons and ended up getting the TSW Mondello's.
Matt (phobos512) has them on a black car but I was not sure about how they would look on an IBM. They showed up today with the Falken Azenis RT-615 245/40/18 tires.
I am very happy with the results, but now I need bigger brakes :)

Very nice, they look great on IBM. I was thinking about those until I saw a kid locally with them on his camaro and I like ot be different. Now I am getting custom Boyds through a GP from ProDyno and they will be rare. :D

Those do look slick on the IBM. I'm trying right now to find a place that'll roll or cut my fenders (found a place that'll cut em but not for at least a month as they're too backed up) so I can get the 18x9 +45 version to replace my current rears.

They are supposed to be $200 a piece, I got them from discount tire and have had the Thruxtons on order for a while so they gave me a little break on the price.
I am also very impressed with the tires, this is the first time I have ever used falkens, they stick in the curves very well so far. I will be taking it out on the track (road course) in the next couple of weeks so i am looking forward to see how well they perform when pushed hard.

yes they are, for some reason the camera did not pick up the color very well.
The best part about the Hyperblack is the brake dust blends in with the color :)

They fit without a problem with the tires that I have, some tires may run slightly bigger but discount tire assured me that these would fit.
