I'm looking to keep our GTO completetly stock except for a 75-100 wet shot. All it will have is a 3400 stall convertor, the wet shot between a 75-100 shot, and tuning.

Will the stock fuel system be ok? Will I need to upgrade anything? I plan on a window switch, probably something in the 3800-6000 range so I do not spray on shifts.

Do I need a pump? Injectors?

I think lots of people are still on stock fuel pumps with 125-150shots...

Run a search, I htink they have a discussed this a few times!

I'd buy NX if I were u....

I agree with JS if you are stock and going wet you should have no problems with the stock fuel system

Thanks guys. I called Jeff Creach today (local tuner) and thats what he said. It will be a small wet shot, 75-100.

That with just a torque convertor and tuning....Hoping for some 12.7s or so @ 108 MPH or so....That would be fine with me....

It'll go better than 12.70 on the button....

Me hopes....but don't forget that 13.59 was in good weather. We don't get weather like that down here!

Kennys car ran very well BONE STOCK (13.59) in Dec at Atco..I'd say Kens car is 200lbs lighter than mine (ME VS HIM) and I ran 13.92 BONE STOCK at Atco in May.Factor in his 13.59 to my 13.92 and drop .2 from the weight and u get 13.72,then factor in the weather and BOOM his time is very legit...

Hook and good air are the basis of killer ET's :)

very true....i believe the biggest factors are weather and track.....i ran a 14.4 completely stock on a hot n humid day in maryland then ran my 14.1 on a much cooler dry day at the same track.....i did add a couple of mods but nothing serious...i think most of it was attributed to the weather....i would have wet my pants had i broken into the 13's though.....its awesome that you guys are running good times in your A4's....gives me hope

I used the stock fuel system with a 100 shot (sometimes 150) off of the line and then the Nitrous Express NXL direct port 180 shot after the 1-2 shift. When I decided to go up to 30lb injectors, we had to use LS1-edit to lean it out a little and dropped down to smaller fuel jets. You can stay with the stock system if you install the NX NXL system they have now which sprays a little over a 300 shot which ends up about a 250 RWHP gain. Their system does change the fuel rails, which is just to accomodate thier solenoids. It is a great system, but pricey at 1100+ or so. Best/easiest direct port kit out there unless you feel like mounting solenoids and distribution block, tapping into your manifold for the 8 jets and custom bending the 16 supply lines.

Jeff tuned my '04 and I ended up with 453 RWHP and 598 RWT. He is good.
