wheel size and offset question

Looking to get a set of 18"s for the goat. The car is lowered with eibach's and has koni's all around. I don't want to roll the fenders. Anybody out there have this combo with 18's? What width and offset do I need so it doesnt rub.

18x8", ~45mm offset, 245/40R18 tires (something that doesn't run big - avoid Yokos, Pirellis), close to 0 deg front camber. Could go with 18x9" rears with 275/35R18s but would need ~52-55mm offset and it's more tricky.

All is relative though - relative to the rear shift of your rear end. Some are shifted to the passenger side more than others...
