What does rolling the fenders mean? What does a body shop have to do?

Basically, it's just bending the inner edge of the fender at the wheel well back to give more tire clearance. There are pictures of how it's done here. Try the search feature.

Looks like the fronts are rolled from the factory, rear's aren't

you can also grind down the fenders if you dont have a rolling tool. all you have to do is tape off the area up to the grind, grind the metal, bond the metal with apoxy after the grind (two metal peices might seperate a bit and you dont want water getting in there) and then get a good thick undercoating sealer and cover the expose area. a few guys have done it already and its gotten them a bit more clearance...
