Does anyone know the part number for an 04 stock 17" wheel and what the cost whould be?

Check the parts for sale section. You will get bent at the dealer.

Yea I know but the tire dealer f... up my wheel and has to replace it but he says he can only get a wheel for an 05.

Tell him to give you the money he'd spend on a new '05 wheel and go buy your own '04 wheel. I've seen used but like-new condition single '04 wheels going for under $100. Take the remaining money and go buy another mod for your car. :)

'05 wheels have (more?) clearcoat and when looking at them appear somewhat brighter and more metallic.
