Before and after dyno pulls. I know the torque curve on the before is pretty hard to read, but its amazing how flat it is on the updated curve. Thats power ALL The way through the band.

The only difference between these two is HPTuners and NGK TR55 plugs.
Somehow I doubt the plugs are worth 25 ponies.

Nice Jeff, I am wondering. I am going to be getting my H/C package soon. If I get my PCM done by FAST chips, can they later tune it with ls1 edit or HP tuners?

It depends on if the tune is locked or not. I'd still recommend Jeremy Formato with Faster Proms. He's got GTO experience, he's damn good, and Tampa isn't that far of a drive.

My only concern is that the car will have a significant amount of downtime. After the car gets the parts installed, I'd have to have it towed up there. From what SLP is telling me I can't drive it on the stock tune.

I can't see why it wouldn't drive on the stock tune. It may drive poorly and get poor gas mileage, but unless you are kicking up the compression ratio significantly, there shouldn't be an issues with driving it across the state. If you are kicking the compression ratio up, just drop a couple of cans of octane boost for the drive and it should still work. I'd question SLP a little bit more on the driveability issue.
Jeff,
Why the title Predator? Your using HPTuners right?

Yes, I'm confused too, which tuner did you go with?

Any chance you can send me that tune? I'd like to see what you have done with it. I have messed with my tune a little bit but it ran really bad. I'm going to get a 160 tstat put in this weekend and planned to try some basic tunning after that.
Jeff:
So which one is the plugs and which one is the HP Tuner?

The top was totally stock. The bottom was with plugs and my evolving tune. There is still more in it, but I'm not sure how much. The torque curve is just amazing on that tune. You can't get any flatter.

I thought these Predators were better than HPP no?

I would most definitely agree but....Tiggerfan is using the HPtuners software and not the hypertech power programmer 3. I would rank LS1 edit ahead of the pred and HPP3 as i have experience with all 4 tuning programs.
