Gto Performance!!!

Has anyone read this months Pontiac Mag. It states that the 04' GTO RUN'S 0-60 in 5seconds flat w/ a Quarter Mile in the Low 12's if you can control the WHEEL SPIN. What does everyone think about that.

This article is mostly Jim Wangers first impressions driving the pre-production GTO. The numbers quoted are all "seat of the pants" with no verified performance. This can also be seen at Advance Auto.com. There is nothing new in the article whatsoever.

There is no way that this car will run low 12's, your talking Z06 numbers. This car is almost 600 lbs heavier.
