Oh man, I couldnt be happier. I was a little hesitant to lower the car with how low it sits already but I'm so glad that I did it now. The Eibachs are great. The 19's look just sick. The car also handles like its on rails and it turns heads everywhere I go. :-patriot:

Menacing! The Goat looks awesome with that setup. Any more detail on the ride characteristics? Any complications?

Sunset: No complications whatsoever. You obviously sacrifice a bit of ride quality, but it is well worth the handling gains. I had it out at PIR for a road race event last weekend and dang buddy the thing impressed the heck out of me compared to before I touched the suspension. I had put Eibachs on my '98 T/A and my C5 and I have always really liked them.
nice, really nice
how much did that drop the car?
Eibachs drop it 1.0" in front and 0.8" in rear. Sits PERFECTLY in front and just a hair low in back but I got used to it and I really grew to like it.
Thanks everyone for the compliments!! :-patriot:

I am going with the Thruxtens only 18's but what size 19's and did you have to do the fender lip roll or bash?

Thanks again guys for the compliments! My buddy bought Eibachs for his GTO after he saw mine but he only put the front springs on. He left the stock rear springs on there and the car looks good also. Mine is just a lot easier to tell that it's lowered obviously. His looks like it should from the factory. :)

They are 19x8's. Did not roll the fender and there is no rubbing. They fit very well.

Are you running the stock shocks still?, in other words, did you just install lowering springs? And do you only have a 8" wide rear too? Why not go 9" back there to maximize traction?
Thanks in advance,

have you driven it HARD yet? Any rubbing at all?
Also, what size tire are you running?

Yup still running the stock shocks. They're okay for now. And yes 19x8's all around. Any wider would require cutting or rolling of the rear fender and I did not want to do that. :D

I drove it very hard. I ran in a road race event at Phoenix International Raceway the weekend before last which was five 20 minute sessions. No rubbing at all and it handles GREAT. I'm sure that with some swaybars and actual racing tires, the car would be untouchable. I was already running with the big boys the way it is now. Tires are 245/35/19's

The only thing ya need now is bigger brakes and rotors to take up that extra space in there!:D
Your rims & tires really make the GTO look kicka$$!!!!!!

the sill looks level, as it should if its lowered correctly.

AAAHHHHHH, you got my hopes high, until you mentioned they were 19x8's:(
I want to lower my car, but I have a staggard set up. I don't think my rear wheel wells would like lowered springs with my 19x9.5 and a 275-30-19 set up.:(
Anyway, your car looks awwwsoome!!
