Those look similar to these (Maloo Ute 18x8)

or maybe these (HSV GTO 18x8)

They do however seem to have some lip detail that I can't find a duplicate for. What this means, however, I don't know.

You know it definately could be. The original plan was to use the show car wheels (think autocross) but I know a couple months ago there was talk of that changing. This may be the change.

We can pretty well say that those aren't the '05s because that car is an 04 (there are other pics which show the "5.7" badge on the rear).

i dont know, its an 04 and has the autocross package thats going to be offered on the 05's and those look like 18" wheels which no 04 came with. So why cant that be the wheels eventhough there on an 04:sneaky:

None of those are the wheels. If you look at the 2005 Monaro pictures here then you will see them.

Maybe . . these are the NEW 2005, 17 inch wheels . . . . . and the 18's will look like the Autocross wheels? We can hope.

Those wheels on the color pop-ups are they same as shown on the 04 order guide. It's really hard to tell anything from those fuzzy illustrations.

As far as the red Autocross pic, this is the first time I've seen these wheels. Judging by the tall profile of the tire, they appear to be 17". Maybe these wheels are going to be offered as SPO accessories. I had read that GM was working on offering accessory wheels for several different models like they do for the 20" wheels on the full-size trucks.

When my 2005 comes in, Im going with a deep offset wheel, I think the goat would look more "planted" and beefy with such a wheel. Im looking into HRE wheels but still looking for a "perfect" wheel.

The problem with HREs is that they cost a crap ton of money. I really like some of the wheels that AXIS makes but they're all not the right size (even though Gravana sells them, I'm not too sure)...I also like the OE E46 M3 wheels but the offsets don't seem to work. PadreGTO's got a cool set of TSW(I think) Thruxtons...They are cool too.

Does anyone know what size tires it will come with?

The 17s are sure to be the same 245/45-17s...The 18s...Well...All the 18" Holdens are 235s so I'd bet on that.
