I want to start on the suspension, but, I really don't want to lower the car at all.

So, I have a few questions:
1) What are the stock spring rates and sizes (id/od and height)
2) Who makes larger sway bars fornt and rear and what are the stock sizes?
3) Well, I guess I only had two questions

Thanks

I can only fill in hearsay:

I heard the stock springs are 200lbs progressive.

I can't remember the front, but the rear sway bar is 16mm.

Intrax (www.intraxsuspension.com) makes some sway bars, should be available in October.

I know that's not all the info you were looking for, but hope it helps.

If you want maximum performance without lowering the car or killing ride quality, a strut/shock package is the best value. Here are some items that will allow you to keep your OE springs, yet improve performance significantly:

Suspension Products (https://www.gravanatuning.com/applications/2004_P ontiac_GTO_5.7.aspx?cat=1)

Also, our front coil-over set-up starts at the OE ride height and lowers from there. This is the ultimate set-up for those who do not want to lower the car. And the ride quality is incredible compared to other coil-over applications. With this set-up, you can simply add our rear shocks to complete the package and keep the OE stance.
