i live in chicago and right now its really cold. the ground is dry and covered in white salt stains. im getting a lot of wheel hop and sliding around everywere. is this going to get better when the weather heats up? i know it will get better but are the stock tires just shit? i have 18 inch rim s also. do the 17s tend to be better? appreciate some input . thanks guys. j:driving:

well you have to realize that your tires are not heating up. Not sure what the ideal temp is for tires and adhersion...but it ain't below freezing i'll tell you that! lol
so yeah soon as the weather warms up you will notice a big difference. my 17's are just like my 18's....not a bit of traction with the roads like they are right now.

you might want to bump down the psi a tad in the rear when it gets this cold.
