Won't be able to run much boost with the higher compression.

LS2 is higher compression than LS1. Some folks might be a little skittish.

Will it fit? Probably.. Will there be tuning for the LS2 with the E40 PCM anytime soon? probably not.

I do not know why everyone is worried about the LS2 compression it is only a little bit higher compression than the Z06. 1 less pound of boost and maybe 1 or 2 less deg of timing and your in there, Any good tuner will be able to work around this small issue. There are alot of other issues like tuning to be more concerned about and I do not think it will be long before this issue is under control.
